Terms of Service

1. The service

Liquify connects to your Shopify store and, based on your instructions in chat, edits your theme, and — with your explicit approval — your products, inventory, discounts, and storefront content. You can preview any change live, publish it, or revert it. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Liquify offers a free Basic plan and a paid Pro plan, plus optional one-time credit top-ups. Paid plans are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorized reseller and merchant of record — your purchase is subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn off auto-renewal from your billing page; you’ll keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and aren’t refundable except as required by law or Paddle’s own policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Liquify to create or publish illegal, infringing, or deceptive storefront content;
• Attempt to access another merchant’s store, account, or data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or circumvent its usage limits; or
• Use Liquify to generate content that violates Shopify’s or Anthropic’s own acceptable use policies.

5. Your content and AI-generated changes

You own your store, theme, and the content you create with Liquify. The AI’s suggestions and edits are generated automatically — review any change in the live preview before publishing it. We aren’t responsible for how published changes affect your store, sales, or customers.

6. Third-party services

Liquify relies on Shopify, Anthropic, Paddle, and Google to work. Your use of Liquify is also subject to those providers’ own terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Termination

You can disconnect a store or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Uninstalling Liquify from your Shopify admin disconnects that store immediately.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Liquify is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales or data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Liquify will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly.
